In the majority of cases we would hope to resolve matters by negotiation. Some cases may be suitable for Mediation.
If an application to the Court is required we would advise you in relation to Court procedures and represent you at Court.
We can offer financial assistance from the Legal Services Commission (formerly the Legal Aid Board), subject to individual circumstances.
