We have an experienced team of Solicitors who can provide comprehensive advice on all aspects of Criminal Law, including motoring cases.
When you are arrested you are entitled to free confidential legal advice at the Police Station. You can ask the Police to contact us, and when we are not available the Duty Solicitor Scheme is there to help. We are members of the Duty Solicitor Scheme.
We can represent you at the Magistrates Court, advise you on pleas and act in your defence.
More serious cases are dealt with at the Crown Court. Representation at the Crown Court is generally provided by Barristers, whom we instruct to act on your behalf.
Where necessary we provide advice on appeal to the Court of Appeal in London.
Except for minor offences and most motoring cases, financial assistance may be available subject to your means.
