Rachel Murphy joined the firm in 2017, as a qualified Solicitor. Rachel studied and graduated from the University of Central Lancashire and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, part-time whilst working in a local west Cumbrian firm, being from the area.
Rachel has carried out hundreds of property transactions including purchases, sales, buy-to-let properties and re-mortgages for individuals as well as companies. Rachel will take the time to carefully consider and meticulously advise in respect of all property matters, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient transaction. You can rest assured that Rachel will take care of your every property need.
Rachel is also a member of the firm’s private client department dealing with Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Probate matters. Rachel’s caring character comforts clients through what can be an emotionally challenging process. She will guide you through the process and breakdown the legal complexities to ensure you understand the documents prepared and drafted.
