Originally from West Yorkshire, Michelle came to the West Cumbria area with an Honours Law Degree from Liverpool John Moores University.
Michelle joined the firm in October 2005 following the successful completion of the Legal Practice Course and was admitted as a Solicitor in October 2007. Michelle has many years experience in family law practice
Michelle is a solicitor in the Family department largely based in the Workington Office. Michelle spends the majority of her time in the office attending Clients for appointments and progressing cases. Michelle also attends hearings in the Family Court in West Cumbria and beyond.
Michelle's caseload mainly consists of family work, including both divorce and unmarried partners. Michelle can advise on both private children law and and public law matters.
Michelle can also advise on family Wills.
