Michael leads our Non-contentious Department.
Dually qualified as a Solicitor and Chartered Town Planner Michael advises in relation to planning, development and property work.
On behalf of a range of clients he assists landowners and developers secure planning permission to deliver developments.
In recent years Michael has helped Clients secure planning permission for a number of significant housing and commercial developments. Using our breath of expertise we have helped Clients take these developments from plan through to successful sales.
Michael leads our private client team conducting probates and advising in relation to Wills, Trusts, Taxation and related matters.
As a Deputy appointed by the Court of Protection Michael manages property and financial affairs for clients lacking capacity. He advises in relation to Court of Protection matters and Powers of Attorney.
Outside the office he can be found cycling and spending time with his family.
